What is Reiki Therapy?

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki– This is the foundation for all other types of Reiki. It has been purported to be originally ancient Tibetan or even older, and was rediscovered over a century ago by a Japanese fellow named Dr Mikao Usui and brought back to the world. This is why it has a Japanese name.

The word Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki energy is in plants, animals, humans, anything alive! A Practitioner channels the energy through. An attunement that is given during a Reiki course removes blockages within the student so that the energy flows through more easily to the patient.

Scientific experiments have been done regarding Reiki and it’s effects, and have had wonderful results!

Shamballa Multidimensional Healing – This form of healing works directly on the DNA. At one point in time, ten strands of our DNA were deactivated robbing us of large amounts of our potential consciousness.

This is reflected in the fact that 96% of our brain now lies dormant. DNA is vital to us and we should be working on activating all of our twelve strands. Shamballa MDH allows for this.

The energies involved are of three different types, one of which is a form of Reiki energy.

These are the major two types of healing that Anne uses (among others). She teaches 17 different courses.

I posted this on my forum, however I thought I would also post it here. Interesting that it seems to be how several of my days have been in my life!

Recently, I was diagnosed with A.A.D.D. - Adult Attention Deficit Disorder.
(Use to be called "lack of FOCUS" - But I feel much better now that it is a "disease".)

This is how it manifests:

I decide to water my garden. As I turn on the hose in the driveway, I look over at my car and decide my car needs washing. As I start toward the garage, I notice that there is mail on the porch table that I brought up from the mail box earlier. I decide to go through the mail before I wash the car. I lay my car keys down on the table, put the junk mail in the garbage can under the table, and notice that the can is full. So, I decide to put the bills back on the table and take out the garbage first.

But then I think, since I'm going to be near the mailbox when I take out the garbage anyway, I may as well pay t he bills first. I take my check book off the table, and see that there is only 1 check left.

My extra checks are in my desk in the study, so I go inside the house to my desk where I find the can of Coke that I had been drinking. I'm going to look for my checks, but first I need to push the Coke aside so that I don't accidentally knock it over. I see that the Coke is getting warm, and I decide I should put it in the refrigerator to keep it cold.

As I head toward the kitchen with the Coke, a vase of flowers on the counter catches my eye--they need to be watered. I set the Coke down on the counter, and I discover my reading glasses that I've been searching for all morning. I decide I better put them back on my desk, but first I'm going to water the flowers. I set the glasses back down on the counter, fill a container with water and suddenly I spot the TV remote. Someone left it on the kitchen table. I realize that tonight when we go to watch TV, I will be looking for the remote, but I won't remember that it's on the kitchen table, so I decide to put it back in the den where it belongs, but first I'll water the flowers.

I pour some water in the flowers, but quite a bit of it spills on the floor. So, I set the remote back down on the table, get some towels and wipe up the spill. Then, I head down the hall trying to remember what I was planning to do.

At the end of the day:

the car isn't washed
the bills aren't paid
there is a warm can of Coke sitting on the counter
the flowers don't have enough water,
there is still only 1 check in my check book,
I can't find the remote,
I can't find my glasses,
and I don't remember what I did with the car keys.

Then, when I try to figure out why nothing got done today, I'm really baffled because I know I was busy all day long, and I'm really tired. I realize this is a serious problem, and I'll try to get some help for it, but first I'll check my e-mail.

Happy 2009!

Well here we are entering a new year. All regular resolutions aside, I feel that this is going to be a year to remember. I ask God/dess to help me see through the eyes of others.

I ask to be able to be compassionate and understanding in all matters. I pray that those around me will feel the love that I emit and lose their fear of it, as it is given wholeheartedly from the heart and soul and from God/dess through me.

I foresee a year that will be well balanced. This for some will mean sorrow and for some will mean joy. Whatever happens we must remember that no matter what happens in the environment around us and to us, although we cannot control that, what we can control is our reaction to it, whatever it might be.

May you all have a safe and wonderful 2009. May you make this Heaven on Earth!

Wedding Ceremony

On December 20, 2008 I performed my first wedding. It was for a friend (and her now husband) that I have known since I was 15 years old. The wedding ceremony was performed in Sherwood Park Alberta. Busy Time

This past few weeks have been very busy for me. I have been working 6 nights a week, as the boss has been on vacation and one woman has decided not to show up most of her scheduled days, for whatever reasons.

I have a dream. This dream is to help all those is need that I can, and to be able to teach whomever wants to be taught, Alternative Healing Modalities that they are interested in learning. Tell me why?

This a most amazing child singing a very moving song. I am posting the words here. I believe that this song epitomizes the feelings of our youth today. I know I felt, and still do, like this child.

As an Indigo Adult, I feel the need, and always have, to right the wrongs in this world. It has been engrained in my being since I was born. Part of what I do to achieve this is bring issues to the attention of people.

Fifteen years ago I was the Founding President of Just People Equal Rights Society. We , among other things, met with politicians and members of panels that had the authority and means to change the antiquated laws prevailing.

Although we had not reached a "critical mass" back then, I believe that the time has come now and in the near future. Let's make a difference. Let us save this world and help heal her, something that our children and their children will be proud of us for doing.

I Am That I am

To think that a particle can split into 3000 different parts, but still be the same particle is mind boggling to me. If it splits in 2 and one half is taken to the other side of the universe they still feel the same stimuli simultaneously. This is getting really close to my belief system when it comes to "God" or the Higher Power, or the I Am presence, or The One, or The All.

I believe that we are all like small pieces of a very large jigsaw puzzle. Put us all together and we are part of this huge presence. Individually, we can experience life here on this planet of free choice. It gets even more complicated , though, when we realize that Gaia (Mother Earth), is also a part of "Us", I Am. We have been treating her very badly for too many centuries.

Recently, when I was reading, probably for the thousandth time, about the polar ice caps melting, I went onto Google Earth. I decided to look up the Magnetic North Pole. Although I saw a very interesting pattern in the crystal blue water, there was no ice to be found within many many miles of it. In fact, the closest white objects to it existed in Greenland.

We are one

After watching one of the "What the bleep" series movies again today, I can't help but wonder about the fact that we are one. I wonder how some of us cannot even fathom that. There are many explanations as to how all that works on those movies and others, as well as publications, blogs, sites on the Internet in general, and many other sources.

I attended a presentation a couple of years back by Dr. Deepak Chopra. He is a very learned man. He speaks of this also.This is an excerpt from his blog at http://www.intentblog.com/archives/2008/06/a_book_that_pee.html
